Throughout his distinguished diplomatic service in ��ɫ���� and Pennsylvania, he was a steadfast advocate for his homeland, particularly for the vibrant Ecuadorian community in our state, and a true partner to NJCU. We are especially grateful for his pivotal role in facilitating the historic visit of Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa to our university in March 2024. His recent passing is a profound loss, and we stand with the Ecuadorian community in honoring the legacy of a dedicated diplomat, a cherished friend, and a tireless champion for his people.”
